Prior to becoming a professional speaker and consultant, Ms. Cisneros' background has included: teaching finishing & modeling, and business experience in sales, marketing, training, and management in retail, medical and corporate environments. Patsy has attended political campaign courses, confidentially created their "Brand" for gubernatorial candidates, and is often interviewed by media for her image perspective on candidates and politicians in office.
Patsy coaches individuals at the Corporate Icon office, at corporate client's offices, by Skype and webcasts, and professionally speaks for state and national conventions, at executive networking events, and for college and university career centers nationwide.

She has a bachelors degree in communication, an associates degree in business administration, and credentials in the areas of professional image, life strategy coaching, fitness, nutrition, personal training, neuro-linguistic programming, and hemispheric integration (utilizing both brain hemispheres to achieve your goals.)
Mary has been active since 2012 in the "Circle of Service" by providing image consulting and coaching to executive clients and for on air newsroom talent from network and cable tv markets nationwide. Mary is an engaging professional speaker and trainer who always garners high evaluations from the participants, the meeting planners, and the organization stakeholders. Susan worked with companies and their sales' staff or political aspirants to create training that integrates her varied experiences in marketing, communication technology, behavior and visual appearance. Her clients successfully acquired more powerful alliances utilizing knowledge and savvy using professional image as a marketing tool. Ms. Abrams' background combined with 5 years entrepreneurial experience in business and image consulting uniquely qualified her to help business executives and campaign people to communicate their best professional image. Susan Abrams has been very active participating in the political process with the National Federation of Republican Women. Ms. Abrams has postgraduate training in political leadership, corporate image, certified color consulting and she is a licensed esthetician.

Ms. Dedeaux utilizes her professional background as a model and commercial actress, and her years in high-end fashion retail management and sales, to provide male and female clients with an exceptional experience identifying their executive style. Her BS in Sociology from UCLA and a Masters in History, along with her world traveling for business and pleasure has uniquely qualified her to speak and train on Advanced Professional Etiquette and Business Dining Protocol. Her special emphasis is on the nuances of entertaining the global client to encourage “client retention” for their international business. Julia began her intensive study of image consulting during her time living in the United States (2001-2008). In 2005, she completed her Corporate Image Consulting - Corporate Icon certification. The partnership of Susan Abrams and Patricia Cisneros invited Julia to present Corporate Icon programs due to her fluency in Spanish and in English. She brings a unique perspective to the Hispanic business world, and the cross-cultural business aspect from her experience with her family business in Mexico, and her friendships with influential people from Spanish-speaking countries around the globe. Julia provides her personal and professional understanding of the global Hispanic culture; she adds a valuable dimension to individual consulting and business group training programs created by Corporate Icon.
